Do I have to train them, or will you be the one to provide training?

We provide training on how they will become effective Medical Virtual Assitant, but you still have to train them depending on the system of your practice.

How is Medical Virtual Assistant being tracked and monitored?

We use online time-tracking software. It tracks mouse and keyboard movements/activities.

How about PHI and HIPAA compliance?

We ensure your security and your patient's privacy. That's why our Medical Virtual Assistants received training on proper privacy practices & completed the HIPAA training program. You must ask your chosen Medical VA to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Our corporation does not have access to any client's PHI. Therefore there's no need for us to sign a BAA.
